Picked up some Craigslist appliances tonight for my new house. Had to use my 71 Cutlass convertible as my friends Jeep decided it hated its battery and it wouldn't jump or take a charge. She has a 350 V8 and a 3500 lb hitch on the back. Just added a little extra to the rear air shocks and she rode like nothing was back there.

It was a nice 2 hour drive.

The funny thing is if you look at old sales literature for Airstream trailers, they were always shown being towed by cars. Often Oldsmobiles actually.

plenty! No idea really, but the brakes and chassis are the same as a 1/2 ton chevy pickup. I know my uncle used to pull a 30' camper with it.
