I went to make a transaction today and what do ya know, this beauty rolls up. The driver got out and quickly walked inside before I could even say, "Nice car!". Thankfully I had my DSLR with me and proceeded to get a few shots from afar. I guess the owner saw me drooling over it and walked out with a smile saying, "Hey, go crazy! open it up and get some sweet shots." He then proceeded to walk back inside. So, I took advantage of his offer, opened up the driver side door and sat inside. The owner eventually walked back out and proceeded to introduce himself. He was the owner of a brand new dealership that just opened up here in Southlake, Texas. He began telling me about how this isn't any ordinary Eleanor replica. Something about it being one of the only Eleanors registered with Shelby, and something about it being in the movie. I can't quite remember. I ws just nodding my head as I stared at the car. He then told me this is the only muscle car he enjoys driving since super cars are more of his "forte". "I drove a McLaren MP4-12C to work this morning", he said. Nice. We shook hands and he got in and drove off. I think i peed my pants listing to that sweet rumble as it drove away. Not a bad Monday.

I think there are seven or so movie cars, the last one sold went for $1 mil. I was just at the Saratoga Auto Museum last month and they had a replica there along with a little blurb about the Eleanor's.
Here's a convertible conversion owned by a former New England Patriot I saw a few weeks ago

Excellent story! So awesome when owners do stuff like this.
Here's photos I took with a wind-up potato when I happened upon an Enzo at some strip mall. Owner was super cool.
Let my goofy-ass sit inside as well!

So basically, the Eleanor is the "Shit i gotta run to the bank" errands car... Sounds like life isn't too bad at that dealership

Two?! I remember seeing a blue/silver one driving up I70 towards evergreen (not surprised). This guy apparently works with stuff on Wall Street and is able to handle most of his business from CO.

the blue/silver one is a completely different owner and resides in evergreen. The guy who owns the enzo has a black 16.4 and a blue vitesse. I have heard that he ordered some sort of special edition but unsure of which one. He also owns an F12 in grey. I have seen the black one before downtown and he brought the two veyrons and the enzo to a show once. Apparantely he also lives in cherry hills village. Makes sense since he is always spotted there

Jesus. Hard to believe there are that many Veyrons near Denver. And the cherry creek part makes sense. So many nice cars over there. That's the only place I've ever seen a Z8.

absolutely the best place in demver to spot. Did you go to gold rush rally at the 4 seasons in june? If not, you missed out on seeing a P1 two veyrons (including a pur blanc) and about 30 lambos/ferraris/McLarens/rolles/maseratis and others
