Assuming it has to be fwd in order to move, maybe uncrontrollable oversteering when cornering? and Infinite donuts when locking the wheel to one side and mashing the gas pedal.

It's a mk2 VW Golf, so it would be FWD. However, it looks like it's a built as a trailer.

+1 it's a trailer. That thing on the trailer tongue is a dolly that is used with heavier trailers to move them on a flat parking lot. Has a long arm not shown for leverage.

If you look behind the tire you'll notice a leaf spring. It's a trailer.

Indeed it's just a trailer. Would be pretty neat to add a gas tank and trailer axle to the back. Then it could still be towed behind a motorhome, and used to make store runs once you got to your destination.
