Nothing beats seeing beautiful cars cross the auction block. I'd love to buy a car here some day

Love Barrett Jackson. Love Gooding & Co. even more.

Far more interesting cars and entertaining but I find them a tad pompous. I like the down home every mans auction at Barrett Jackson. I like seeing cars go across the block I could buy on Thursday and then seeing unobtainum on Saturday evening

I do too, but I like lusting over the stuff I can't have and will be lucky to ever see in person. 60-75% of the stuff that crosses the blocks at Barrett-Jackson is the same stuff that shows up to any Saturday night cruise. Awesome cars, but it gets old watching different colors and years of Camaros, Vettes, Mustangs and Thunderbirds roll across the stage. Although I do love the Haggerty Fantasy bidding.

I can agree to that after a little while it becomes mundane to watch. Gooding on the other hand is always exciting because rare and super star cars.

That's where the Fantasy Bidding comes in. It can make 50 1969 Mustangs in a row very exciting. Plus, unlike G&C, you can watch it on TV (or could. RIP SpeedTV).

I have gotten very frustrated with the channel hoping for the coverage and yes HagertyFantasy bid is the stuff of dreams with some of the prizes. Also when a car comes up I always shout at the TV for my bid to be correct
