The guys over at Corvette Forum seem to love this stuff, and I'm debating on giving it a go on my beater to test it out. I'm not big into detailing, and doing a 5 hour wax job. I thought this might be interesting to try:

!!! UNSUPPORTED LINE BREAK IN HEADER !!!

It's apparently useable on the glass, chrome, or paint. Thoughts? Anyone ever tried this? The owner posted on the forum, saying it really isn't a "quick detailer" despite how fast you can do the whole car with it.

EDIT* forgot to mention the big difference here- no need to wash your car with water...

I never find myself having the time to do a full wash/wax/etc since I a: work too much and b: have to have reasonable weather and its a PITA dragging everything out to my apartment complex's parking lot.

Any new wunder produkt will have me skeptical, especially with an army of fake reviews/testimonials/and forum circle-jerking of the sort. How to detect wunder produkt circle-jerk "Hey guys it's so and so with such and such product and I want to tell you all about it." The excessively long name will be used over and over again without just using a generic term. Skeptics respond then try it out and give a 9 page review rather than "yeah I used it, works great. Go buy some"

So I'm definitely skeptical but also interested. If it works awesome, but I have my doubts it's another one of those -as seen on tv- "we wiped our car once and sent it through 1500 car washes and it still looks great!"

Yeah, I'm worried about it. But there are separate posts from owners that do just use CTP instead of the whole name.

Either way, sometime this month I plan to order up a bit and try it. I'll have to write up a review when I get it. I mean, no water. I can then do it in my garage no problem, so then it is completely out of the sun.

I've found the sun heats my car too much every time I wash it, and makes it difficult to properly clean.

I think we need to petition to get Oppo to crowd fund the pair of us some kits, we both detail our cars with them then post reviews and see how they match up

I 100% agree. Very good idea! lol. I'd spend a bunch of weekends doing just that to get down to the best option.
