Air cooled engine replaced 60k miles ago, manual transmission replaced 250 miles ago. 199k miles. Just tuned up, new hoses & gaskets, new starter, engine compartment seal. RUNS. Interior stripped & repainted, new curtains, new seat covers, & new pop-up tent canvas and seal ready to install. Clean. Lowered price to below what we have into it, but ACCEPTING BEST OFFER. That seems really cheap. We have a brown '81 Westy in the shop now, fitting a similar description but with more rust, that just got sold for $8k. Someone could make money on this.
