On the way to work this morning, a short convoy of BMW's, Civic's and MX5's rumbled past, presumably on some kind of cruise.

It was all very nice, but it gave me a sad because I realised... I don't know anyone around here with similar automotive interests, and thusly I've no one to go driving with.

The few people who liked cars as much as me in school have all lost their licenses because public hooning and such, and the Corsa collective is really nothing more than a degraded pissing match about engine size and loweing springs.

Anyone have any ideas for how I would go about meeting some decent people who just want to go for a drive?

80s/90s Hondas are to Kat what Ford GTs are to $kay.

Aren't they wonderful? Honda really nailed it in those 20 years.
If I hadn't bought my Corsa, it would have been an EG Civic all the way.

Find a local forum, they'll have meets and drives all the time. There's dozens around here. ImportAtlanta.com, S2KAtlanta.com and so on. Should be similar sites in every big city.
