For anyone who hasn't watched it, this movie is great. If you don't mind cliches, one dimensional characters, goofy hair, blatant Ford product placement, and predictable (read: happy) endings, then as a car lover you'll love this movie.
If, on the other hand, you can only watch movies featuring disturbed anti-heroes, taking place in the subconscious with a plot and makes you question your sexuality and morality; all while crying, then unfortunately you may not enjoy it.

Spoiler alert: All of the cars (well, most all, anyways) are on the same tube chassis, just a shell on tubes.

yeah it's really obvious on the front of the Ageras and the veyron but in some close up shots they did use the real deal it seems. What I enjoyed the most was the authentic engine sounds. There was rev limiter bouncing and downshifting and actual sound footage from the stunt cars being driven. Usually I'm completely put off when a hollywood movie does chase scenes because they just recycle unrealistic sound bits the whole chase but this movie did a good job in trying to be authentic for us car guys.
