Took the kids by Pink's Hot Dogs last night at 2am, dropped em off at the pool a couple of hours ago.
A funny thing happens when you're loaned at vehicle with 121.1 cubic feet of cargo room, you instantly want to fill it that space with friends and hit the town. Last night I took some friends out to a show in Hollywood the band "wunder wunder", check em out) and they couldn't get over how nice the new Yukon is.
I made sure to bring a tall guy and girl so I could get a solid impression of just how comfy that 39.1 and 39.7 inches of 2nd row head/leg room is. They loved the captains chairs and the fold down screen with wireless headphones, no surprise there, adults love toys just as much as kids. We tested the Bose soundsystem's bass quality with my go to track,"Sanctified" by Rick Ross and it passed with flying colors by making us all laugh at how absurdly thumpy it is.
Tomorrow morning I'll be hitting the road to Lake Tahoe with my roommate(read:girlfriend) and I'm hoping she'll be okay with riding up front during the 7 hour drive, something tells me she might just want to hang in the back and watch movies.
If there's anything you want to know about this big silver missile, leave a question in the comments. I do plan on testing the 8,000 lb towing capacity on some hilly roads around the lake so long as my friend's boat is ready by Saturday. Other than that, I'll be cruising around playing with all the Intellilink gadgets and bumping classic hip-hop.
Cheers!

Stacked, or laying down flat as to not be seen by the casual onlooker?

Suburban/YukonXL = the most useful vehicles on the planet, or at least in the USA.
Do the second row windows roll all the way down? What is the practical highway range? Can you fold the second and third row seats to create a mostly flat floor from tailgate to back of the front seats?

Has the 355HP 5.3L V-8 VVT with active fuel management mated to a Hydra-matic 6L80 six speed auto and it's E85 friendly.

Funny you should ask that! The first friend to sit in the 2nd row said "oh nice, the windows roll all the way down."
Practical highway range is TBD but the claimed range is 475+ as it has a 31 gallon tank.
The second row seats fold forward and the third row seats fold flat courtesy of switches in the back. You could easily sleep two adults in the back.
