So, I visited Stuttgart during a European road trip in 2007. The new Mercedes-Benz Museum just opened and it was awesome. We were planning this, and the Porsche Museum, of course. The glorious museum we see everywhere on the internets opened in 2009.

How was the museum before that?

Think of a hallway. FULL of Porsches. But the hallway can only take about 25 cars in it...

I'm glad that Porsche finally got a wonderful place to show their history now.
