Looks good! Pretty similar to what I did, although I did file the existing cutoff lip flat before adding the foil tape. I also didn't bother wiring up the "city lights."

I've read that the wiring in the JDM cars is set up so that when the high-beams are on, they are on in addition to the projectors. I've not investigated how to wire the USDM car to do that, but I suspect you should be able to add a ground somewhere.

How did you do the wiring? I added a homemade harness to the headlights rather than doing any cutting on my factory harness.

Meh. I'm considering making them angel eyes down the road so I might black them out then.

I decided against filing because I was worried about screwing them up. I probably would have been fine but I didn't want to risk it. As for wiring, the guy I bought them from had 9007 plugs ready to wire into the JDM plugs. There is someone who sells a plug and play harness that lets you do the high/low on, but I decided to try making it myself. I got fed up after blowing fuses and decided to just wire them up normal and then buy the harness later.

Now if you angel eye the projector AND the fog lights..... that'd be killer.

I whipped this up in TinyCAD. I think it's what's needed to get the Hi+Lo with the JDM lights. I'll have to test this out later.
