Top of the morning everyone,

I have scoured Crownvic.net trying to find a forum post of a member retrofitting projectors into their stock headlight housing for my specific Panther. It's been done plenty of times with Crown Vics and older Marquis models, but the 2006-2011 headlights don't get a lot of attention (they were only selling 30k units a year by 2007). The only one I could find on GIS is this:

I am mainly curious if any Oppo member knows of a forum, or has experience on how to get the headlights open without breaking them. I know you pop them in the oven after removing the metal parts, but the estimates for time & heat (and the methods afterward) seem to range widely.

generally, to open the headlight up, remove then and you bake them for ~15-20 minute @ 300ish F to melt the glue, and then u just open it up.

This. Did my headlights a few times, never had an issue.

I do mine at 350 for 7 minutes, but others say 250 at 10 minutes is fine.
