Had our regions fourth autocross today. I really wasn't a fan of the course, even though I helped make it. It just didn't seem to flow right for me and therefore I never got a run that I really felt was good. I managed to finish 5th in PAX which is ok for my region but I know to even consider calling myself decently good I need to be in the top three. Also sorry for the shitty quality video, I was rushing to get the GoPro set up in the staging line and got the wrong picture quality. EDIT: I also got to do a fun run in an '87 MR2 which is going to end up costing me a ton of money since I DD an '86 and am now hellbent on getting that autocross worthy because of how much fun I had in the '87.

Quality is pretty good for me! I'd recommend reacting to those slalom cones sooner; you're turning at the cones rather than in between them (although you want to really start think about turning just as you pass the cone due to the delay between thought and action).

Yea, my slalom work was pretty poor today. Usually that's where Im the best and make up all my time. The corners before and after the slalom were so difficult to do right that I was more concerned with getting them right (I never did) and as a result my slalom got screwed up real bad

I've found if you move the go pro forward as far as possible you get more of your steering wheel action without losing any of the track view. It looked like you had fun out there!

Definitely had fun! I even got to try out one of our older members '87 MR2 (my DD is an '86 MR2 but its a little rough) and was smiling like an idiot after that.
