You might as well kill yourself, you are already dead.

And I've read that BMW is trying to put an Escalade competitor in there also. They need to kill off the X3, X6 and the X4.
2020 Bmw Lineup: X1, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, X15.

BMW has jumped the shark: figuratively and literally

Agreed, but I love the X3. I very briefly had one which looked a lot like this:

Those are like rats. no one likes them, and you definitely dont want to encounter one.

That car marks the very point when BMW started to sell their soul

I like the X6. The X4... Not so much.
Also, the person that designed the 5 Series GT needs to be ceremoniously tortured. Slowly.

It drove not much differently than my 3-series sedan. The ride was just a bit higher. I liked it. A lot.

The X3 did come with a manual too.

I always wondered about the hate for the X hatch things on here since they're pretty much the modern equivalent of AMC Eagles which are generally appreciated.

X3s are meh to me. Especially the newer ones.

Yes!

I'm with you on the 6, it just has that "so? what's your problem?" kind of attitude to it.

AMC eagles have real off-road capability and rugged truck-based mechanicals. AMC also was not a company based off a fine tradition of building sporty coupes and sedans, BMW is.

I take it you don't have a lot of real world experience with the eagle. The Iron Duke and its viscous 4x4 system aren't rugged nor very good off road. The magazines at the time generally lambasted the off road performance as not a substitute for systems like what were used in traditional SUVs. It only really shined in slippery pavement (snow, rain) or light use on fire roads, pretty much the same as today's softroaders.
I do concede your second point.
