One, I didnt know Gizmodo had a Lego sub-blog, I may actually go over there every once in a while. Two, if you havent seen Lego has an original Mini kit now, and I want it. To bad it has the usual high price tag like all Legos do.

It's rather unfortunate that, price-wise, legos don't scale very well.

There's been an OG Mini on CUUSOO (or what ever it's called now) for years now that's amazing but has never gotten quite enough supporters to be released. Looks like LEGO may have used that as "inspiration" for this set.

Though I may like the CUUSOO version's design a little bit more.

Do they sell pre-completed lego sets?

Im thinking about ordering it. Was it complicated?

I havent built a complicated set like this ever, but I have patience and a steady hand so....

I haven't built mine yet but I'm sure any adult can build it. The instructions that come with these expert series kits are very, very clear.

Why would you want it pre-completed, building is the best part!

I don't know if I'm a good judge since I've been building Technic since the late 70's. There are some building techniques in it that are definitely more cosmetics over structure. As long as you keep that in mind and are ok with some pieces sort of hanging on by less studs than you'd like, you'll be fine.
