Compared to my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , my 2500 dollar 944 has many less issues. For my purposes and for the entertainment of oppo I will make a quick list of the things that need attention on my new to me 944. I just got back from a 3 hour drive from Connecticut with Aaron Brown (he was in his 944) and put 130 miles on my newly purchased car. It didn't skip a beat and I love the car to bits. This car is second to probably only a miata in terms of fun-ness to drive (but the 944 is much more practical!).

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

- (not really an issue but something I need to do) Check last time timing and Balance shaft belt were changed. If no records or nothing written in engine bay, replace both belts and water pump/rollers.

-Hatch struts (steal from 924)

-Hood emblem (steal from 924)

-Fix fender dent (biggest issue with car)

-Fix power steering (no fluid in there at the moment and to be honest, I am not really a fan of power steering so this is not very high on my priority list.)

-Fix cigarette lighter and clock

-Put in a radio from this century (radio is easily from the mid 90's)

-Replace center console "storage box"

-Minor rips in seats (probably gonna live with this)

-Power sunroof "gears" need to be replaced.

-Cracked dash (has a dash pad but I want to fix the dash that's there.)

-Change all fluids out (everything in there at the moment is good but for my own peace of mind)

-Wash and generally clean the car up and enjoy :)

Keep in mind that these are all rather minor issues and the car is in great shape as it stands right now. I just want to make it as perfect as it can be :) The upgrade from 924 to 944 was totally worth it and hopefully soon the 924 will find a new home where it can be appreciated and restored.

I have a radio I cant use that you might be able to put in, let me know if youre interested. Its a pretty current Pioneer.

This means you need to drive out to more shows back in Jersey, right?

Lets just say that the 924 has bigger things to worry about...
