The only time I've ever had oil changes in my car is when I take it to the dealer for scheduled maintenance, but reading !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , it sounds like many people treat oil changes and scheduled maintenance as two completely separate events.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Is that the general consensus? If you take your car to a quick oil change business, do you still take the car to a dealer for scheduled service and ask to skip the oil change? Do many people just ignore or put off scheduled services?

Dealership? Scheduled maintenance? Quick lubes?! I don't do scheduled service as my car is 11 years old. When something needs to be replaced I replace it

My car is only 2 years old...so the only scheduled maintenance there is to do is change the oil. Which I do myself
