I understood about 0% of that, partly because I'm American but mostly because she's wearing some sort of weird hybrid bra/one-piece swimsuit and it's mesmerizing.

From the Scots Wikipedia page on the Scots language:
Scots (or "Lallans", a poetic spellins for lawlands ) is ae Wast Germanic leid that's spaken in the Lawlands an Northren Isles o Scotland an in the stewartrie o Ulster in Ireland (whaur it's kent as "Ulster-Scots", "Scotch" or "Ullans"). In maist airts, it's spaken anent the Scots Gaelic an Inglis leids.
Translated into English:
Scots is basically the phonetic spelling of a drunk Groundskeeper Willy talking.

It's not that hard, truth be told and I've only been to Scotland for a week.
In TV news, Karen is the ex assistant from Doctor Who.
Interesting that they translate "Irn Bru" as "soda". Not really the same thing at all guys.
