So, as I've posted before, there's a big show coming up. Just like last year, I'm kind of pissing off my friend registering super late. Since I'm registering late, anyone who wants to also take part in the show will have to pony up $30 an hope they let you in.
This was a combination of life getting in the way, and a general lack of interest when I first brought it up. Consider this your wake up call. Any other oppos that I go out and meet, it would be great to see you guys attend this. It's not free like the C&C events, but consider it worth your time. Plenty of newer cars will be allowed into the overflow lot in the back, but go where they direct you if you want to attend. They organize the event really well, and no matter where you go, you'll be around something really cool.
Sunday August 3rd, bright and early 8:00am and you'll be arriving at the Birchwood Manor, 111 N Jefferson Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981. $30 for on the spot registration (no goodie bag IIRC).

Parking is $10, fill your car with as many people as you want.
Opponaut JQJ213 will be attending, so consider it a worth cause to attend. I'm likely taking the benz, so no carpooling unfortunately. If my boss chooses to say no, then I'll be taking the wagon, and it'll be a skanky bitch, so I'd love it if people would meet up even earlier to help me get her cleaned up.
There's a mix of exotics, imports and muscle at this show. Mostly classics and muscle, a sprinkling of imports (not much), and some exotics near the entrance. This is a yearly show, and you'll be able to see upwards of 700 cars between the different sections of the parking lot.
There's an IHOP we can cruise to that's a few miles up the road (810 U.S. 46, Kenvil, NJ 07847), and it would be awesome if we could get an Oppo Lunch together. If you don't want to hit the show, that's acceptable, you're still welcome to join for Oppo Lunch. It would be great to see an Oppo Lunch become a thing once in a while, outside of C&C events.
