It seems no matter !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , someone will drive far out of their way to park their Porsche 911 next to my car. Tonight I walked out from dinner to find this triple black Carrera S Cabriolet had joined me in the mostly empty row on the far end of the lot. And I love those wheels.
Only think I wasn't crazy about was the rear. I know from spending enough time futzing on Porsche's configurator that you can get your 911 with "911" written across the back (my 1st choice), the trim level written across the back, or nothing. This person apparently misinterpreted this choice as a "check all the boxes you want", and had both the model AND the trim written across the back, as you can see, which nearly required a second line. Oh well, the car was still awesome.
In the adjoining lot, which was for an Applebee's, I found this. A 1954(?) Buick Super pillarless coupe, seemingly in perfect shape.
Lastly, I ran across this lovely pair of Bentleys.
I know a kid, who claims Bentleys are his favorite cars, that actually fell for one of these hook, line, and sinker.

This is clearly a Chrysler 300 made to look like a Bentley.

Nah brah, it's legit.

Where the hell do you live that cars like this are so common?
Also the icing on the Chrysler cake is those awful silver wipers. Mmm, class.

I do love the Bentley GT. That Buick was a nice find although I would have gone with a different color. The 911 was nothing special looked more like a retiree car base model and a convertible.

Nebraksa. Hooray strong economy!

YOUR AUDI WHEELS
I want something similar…….

It was a Carrera S, w/ a manual. Maybe a retiree's car, but still a cool one, IMO. And those wheels. Elegant simplicity.

But...they aren't slab wheels. They are CONCAVE!

S makes is better as does manual. I must admit I am not a fan of the wheels. Beauty of options I guess

Legit in the fact it's a Chrysler.

Mhmm. I think Porsche charges you extra to just remove the wheels entirely.

Why on earth would you think that? Clearly it's a Bentley, it says so on the front. It looks nothing like a Chrysler.

I want a set for my Honda Pilot and I wanna lower it.

I see Porsche's fairly often here.
Yesterday I saw a GMC Syclone on the way to work

I just got stuck behind a lady in a Porsche Cayenne. Obnoxious bloated thing driven 20mph below the speed limit. It was miserable. I do see Porsche Boxters and Cayennes around fairly often, though.

I saw a 911 Turbo S coming back from lunch last week, I parked next to a Carrera at Hobby Lobby on Tuesday. I see one Boxster S almost every day (Allex's, he works in my building). There's also usually a Porsche outside the factory, an older 911 (I don't know my Porsche's very well...), used to be a GT3 parked next to it most days but the GT3 owner either got laid off or sold his car, hopefully the latter.
I definitely see more Cayennes than 911s though.
Are you coming out to the Friday show tomorrow?

Unfortunately no, I'm gonna be driving to Oklahoma in the Volkswagen and hopefully my PCM will be on the way to ZZP for mad tunez, yo.
Once I get my PCM back I'm hoping for one last autocross before settling down to a life of struggling through college.
