I finally got around to replacing the fart can on my Sentra with a much more reasonable Dynomax muffler, but I can't find an exhaust tip that would look good on my car. I want to make a longer, upturned exhaust tip, but I don't really know how to go about this. I know that the outlet diameter of the muffler is 2.5 inches, but I'm not sure what material to use, or how I would bend the metal to how I wanted it.
I want to make something similar to this-
I'm sure there are quite a few people here with metalworking experience, and I'd love to hear your advice!

Do this :)
But really, any exhaust shop should be able to help you out with what you want, but doing it yourself might be hard without pipe bending and welding equipment. I guess you could always see if it's possible to rig something up with Autozone piece parts.
