Is it wrong that I'm fascinated with the logistics of this kind of heist?

There are worthless wastes of space that like to steal tailgates as well in OK.

What're they going to do with 49 shitty plastic 'chrome clad' wheels that no one wants?

Our GM just decided to stop putting them on. Between that, and the shit security cameras we have, I'm just WAITING for the next wheel theft.

They left them on blocks. BLOCKS. That's amazing.

The planning, the preparing of the blocks, the whole thing is interesting.

Drop off four guys and the blocks, leave.

Over the next 30-60 minutes, the guys slowly raise the trucks and remove the wheels one at a time, all while rolling them to the back of the lot.

When they're done, pull back up and load up the truck with the loot.

This is common.

A friend works at a Infiniti dealership, the thief's go to the yard where they store the cars and steal the wheels. They even tried parking the cars so close to each other that you aren't to jack them up or touch the wheels. The thief's pulled the cars with the trucks, then stole the wheels.

This is more impressive than stealing catalytic converters.
