Guys it works. I started running early spring. Over the weekend I weighed myself for the first time since March. Since then, I went from ~210 to 185.

Wish I had gotten in on this, although I'm not trying to lose any weight just convert about 15-20lbs of fat back into muscle and drop from 16-17% body fat to an easily maintainable 11-12%.

Just as I'm making good progress toward fighting weight... surgery on Thursday.

I shouldn't have signed up for this in the summer...I have too much other stuff going on to pay attention to fitness. And I certainly am not eating properly...

It's just making me feel bad about how far I've fallen off the wagon compared to the first 4 months of the year.

surgery usually means weight loss though. Muscle loss too, but hey. Good luck with surgery though.

never too late to get in. Just add a page. I'm in a similar situation. Just trying to trim a bit of fat and add muscle.

I meant the concept of it is kinda funny, gross but funny. I am doing my best to abstain from inappropriate material. Dirty jokes, cursing, and violence are okay (in that prot-typical American way)
