Running pretty well. The alternater may be getting a dash weak, but I'm about to do the first oil change for the first time since I bought it. It's been holding up well over all. Ice cold AC has been a life saver this summer. R12 FTW!

Good to hear she's doing well!

My car's running wonderfully, but sadly I had another seizure so no driving the 420tq turbo wagon for a long time.

Took her off insurance and the money I'm saving on that and gas are going towards a six speed swap. Gonna do all of my research from now

I'm sorry man! That's a huge bummer. Insurance wise, Geico has a program where your bill is lowered so something like $15 a month and you are allowed to drive your car 10 miles a week.

If you don't mind me asking, why did you have the seizure? (I mean health wise)

I don't mind at all! Seizures carry a hush hush stigma that I'm happy to break(actually had one last night :/)

I have what's called idiopathic epilepsy, basically it means I have no scarring, damage, or tumors on my brain, and the only sign of my having epilepsy is that I'm having seizures. Super stupid diagnosis, I'm 20 now and I hope by 23-24 it'll be behind me. I'm using it as a great excuse to take fantastic care of myself. No alcohol (not a drinker anyway thank god) tons of sleep, hydrated and fed well.

I've always thought about writing an article here calling out for all jalops not allowed to drive for various reasons. Except dui's cuz you're a careless idiot

Huh, that's pretty interesting. Do you take something to suppress it? It seems like it could be hard to control with no damage in the brain.

Im on an anticonvulsant that hasn't fully stopped them from happening, but without it I wouldn't be here typing I'd be delirious on a bed with my poor girlfriend tending to me. It helps me bounce back instead of locking up the brakes on my life

Well that's pretty incredible. About how often do you have seizures?

started my freshman year of college, then had one 6 months later, then 3, then 2, then 2 weeks, then two weeks. Not completely accurate but you get the idea
