Apparently Final Gear was just issued a Cease and Desist, ordering to take down all of their links. I'm sure their message boards will continue to be active, at least during the seasons, but it's still sad that the site where most of us got our start with Top Gear is dying.

That's how I got some of my early Top Gear fixes. Sad to hear. Interesting that it lasted long enough for BBCA to get the show to American homes though.
