I saw this outside the Ft. Lauderdale K1 Speed (by the way, if you haven't tried high-speed gokarting, I very highly recommend it).
Maybe he gets a pass because it's a Ferrari. More Florida pics coming at a later date, along with a story about my first time gokarting.

That area just looks like its there to make room for the gate. I think I'd give him a pass.

That's not nearly as bad as it could be. It appears he is in an empty part of the lot, and he parked slightly far over to one side to avoid a door ding, in a no parking box that appears to be there only because you would get boxed in if you parked there. Yeah, technically he didn't color inside the lines, but he was about as considerate as possible in the process. I don't really think he's an asshat.

Hehe, actually if I am seeing this right its fine. He is parked in the hazard zone for a gate opening/ closing.

They've got a K1 here in Austin. I've been wanting to go, but I've heard it ain't cheap.

Indeed it ain't, but it's kind of unavoidable wherever you go. I'll be in Austin in 1.5 weeks actually haha.

I give him a pass because he isn't blocking a parking or anything that's being used like a driveway or walkway. He's doing that so no moron dings into his door. I've done something similar in which I wasn't blocking any useable space.

As others have said, I give him a pass as he's not taking any properly usable space, and he certainly isn't inconveniencing anyone else. I've done this exact parking job many times.
That said though, I can't forgive him for leaving the wheels turned...
