The main problem is that it's going into my garage. Any ideas on how to fix it? The garage is an uphill ramp.

You're going to have to grade the asphalt or concrete better. You could try and build a ramp over it temporarily but that would be difficult.
Maybe try turning drastically when backing out/going in?

Already do turn. It helps a bit, but still scrapes every time

Lift kit. Definitely.

or you could try and pull out on an angle.

I think I have a idea.
Could you potentially put a board on the drive way . it would raise the nose as it goes in the garage and as long as the board is long enough it will raise the back on the car at the same time . No scrape No mo.

Put it on bags.

The right, but difficult way: Concrete/pavement saw (gas powered, big ole diamond blade). Cut out equal amount either side of the "apex". Compact soil underneath. Compact in some 2B stone. Mix concrete and smooth in a new, flat facet to make the transition where the angle used to be. Bonus points if you can find and soundly thrash the dumbass who thought it was okay to finish it that way. Good luck!

Hmmmm....I'll have to try that.

Wait what? Your car scrapes every time you pull in/out of your garage and yet you still do it? I couldn't do it.

Already do.

No promises but from one Z car guy to another I hope you figure it out. My car is as low as it will get. Even tho another 1/4" lower would make it look so sick it would also be the 1/4" that ruined the car.

Get a big hammer. Apply it to driveway until its more even. Problem solved!

Hell yes! People in my neighborhood hit at least 1 parked car a year and the trees around drop so much crap that it coats the car in a few days sitting. Besides, I'm barely using my car this summer.

Oh the trees! Don't tell me about it! And it's not only what the flora does to your car, the fauna tends to sit in them and shit on it as well.

Ground clearance problem? Obvious answer is obvious
Unfortunately Thankfully, my GIS found no Zs of your generation so tastefully modded.
