god I love living near the main ferrari dealer in canada (Ferrari of Ontario)
Pictures are a friends, not mine
EDIT: just to rub it in a bit, they also has a 288 GTO, not one, not 2, but THREE F40's (including one LM edition) and, because they share the building with maserati, a MC12 as well

*drools*. The closest dealer to me is a Chevrolet although I swear I saw an F40 driving at night once. It was dark...but that was all it could have been.

The owner of the Dealership (Remo Ferri) also owns most of the other dealerships there as well. Except Porsche, Hyundai and McLaren which are owned by PFAFF. He also runs a two car team of Ferrari 458's in the Pirrelli World Challenge. I love the fact that not only is he a Ferrari dealer but is actively involved in motorsports with them. Great guy and I the new dealership is so much better than the old one.

I havent had a chance to drop by (I'm a scrawny kid on a slightly beat up motorcycle, why would they take me even remotely seriously?) But that gives me a little bit of hope
Also, can I just say, PFAFF audi will give you an awesome deal on the car...and SCREW you over for pretty much anything else.

Post whore here but that is ok - I am going, lol.
THREE F40's (including one LM edition) - I have waited my whole life to see an F40. Well my whole life minus the time I was alive before the F40. So, I have waited 28 years, lol.

Hahaha! They get a lot of people like me who have no intenion of buying anything and are just there to drool over the Italian exotics. And one of my good friend is a manager there @ PFAFF Audi. I have not heard anything bad about them personally, but that is characteristic of every car dealership. I have worked for 2 BMW, 2 Toyota and 1 Hyundai dealership. Each dealership was as dishonest and back stabbing as the next. It was a tie they all loose... But there is a special place in hell for the owner of a certain BMW dealer in Markham. And from a customer point of view Toyota treated their customers the worst. I saw a guy help roll a demo Tundra's digital odometer back from 30,000kms + to about 4,000kms. I still see the truck driving in the hood sometimes and I always sigh and feel bad for the poor schmuck that bought the truck thinking it was a super low mileage demo. With dealerships its all smoke and mirrors, trust no one.

^YIKES, pretty sure you can shut down that dealer for that. (the yota one) the BMW one, i think I know who it is too.
thing about PFAFF is that I hear that they have gotten MUCH better then when we went there to shop for our A3 TDI (we bought one from the Audi/VW dealer near 401/sheppard, as my mom went to the gym with the wife of the owner). I want to get there and get said TDI hooked up with an intake, 3inch turboback exhaust, and a tune, but my dad doesnt want anything to do with them.

You kidding me?! I will boost the post cause I am so stoked. I was literally sitting here at work and browsing on my lunch hour and saw this. Then I thought hmmm, I wonder how far. Then I realized that I am this close to my dream cars?!
I am from Colorado and there is a Ferrari in Denver but they never have the big boys. The usual 360's, Scud's and older ones are there always. To see a 288 GTO and even 1 F40 will make my life.
SO yes, your post was very valid for my life, lol.
Thanks.

I did go there after hours once with a buddy, just to kinda shoot the shit and see what we in the lot.
in side, first floor i could see an FF, a cali, 2 458s, and i think a F430 scud.
I could KINDA see the 288gto
and there was a new, 2012 viper (huh), and a couple of older masers outside.
I seriously think that the cars in that building are worth more then the building itself lol.

In retrospect I probably should have spoken up about it since I saw it happen on at least 3 separate occasions to demos that were then sold as new. The BMW dealership owner was so hated by all of his employees that they would key his car. people were afraid to look at him for fear of being fired on the spot. The sales managers showed me how to hide damage from customers. They demanded I work even though i was not "on the clock". The nicknames for the owner were the best though. I only lasted there for the better part of a week before I left. I even went to the TADA (Toronto Dealers Association) about the sorry state of affairs but they brushed me off and I think that may have helped my decision not to do anything about the nonesense going on at Toyota. Basically after working in dealerships in the GTA I realized I never want to buy or service a new or used car from a dealer EVER! I got out of the dealership life and I have never been happier. Mostly because I get my weekends back. For years I worked every saturday in the dealers.

my parents only replace the car after like 6-9 years, and they browse auto-trader and go from there. usually we ended up buying from a used car dealership. My dads A3 was the only car they had ever bought new
funny story. at one point in the past year (after we got my mom her new-to-her IS250 i was looking around for Is300s with a stick shift. and i found one. AT THE SAME DEALER. even better? in some of the shots, my moms car, ready for pick up, was visable!
(awesome dealer btw, they has some very jalop worth cars, INCLUDING an rs2 when we were there)

The Ferrari dealership is for sure worth a look on a saturday morning. usually some cars kinda lying around. You can also check out the Ferrari club events schedule, I like to visit Mosport sometimes when the Ferrari club is there. I have even gotten rides around the race track at a charity event in two different Ferrari's. It was a beautiful and eye opening experience. The IS300 is a very good car, little hard on fuel but quick and reliable and lots of aftermarket goodies. I sort of know a couple guys who have some really great IS300's. I especially like the all red tail lights on one of them.

oh, i'm in no position to buy a car (dont have one either) I was just browsing for the sake of browsing. I'm in uni for the winter, on campus housing. so no point in a car there. and during the summer, i bought a motorcycle and i have mom or dads car to use if I ever need one. so no car for peter :P (that, and I dont have space to store a 3rd car)

So will I be able to see the cars or have to stand outside like a window shopper, lol.
I'd still drive to see from afar but would prefer being a few feet away where they are cordoned off.
Hopefully I can get near them. You did say after hours though.
