Its a sad moment for me, since as I saw the pictures for the ad, I saw how nice it still is for me. But I have moved on, and my parents have given me a good amount of money to replace it with something really good. Around $11 Grand, I will make a post about it in a couple days, and for now, I hope Oliver gets to a nice new home.

That's a good amount of money to replace it. You could get something really good.

Any ideas on a replacement yet?

I have! Theres the possibility of either the Charger/300, a V8 Stick Mustang (Whi are IMPOSSIBLE to find in Mexico), a newer Jetta, Mk5 GTI/GLI (Very Very used.) , or Seat Ibiza (Which I love!) or Leon, and the usual 3 Series and A4s. But, my parents told me I can find soemthing in the city of Monterrey, which opens options IMMENSELY , but they told me not to rush the search and wait for what I really want.

Saddly Miata is not an option at all.

Try to get a V8 Mustang, WRX or 3 series, but please DON'T get another VW again unless it's a newer GTI.

Oh it is a fantastic option. I really would like a VR6, but I would only import it from the U.S. And, I would only buy it if it was in EXCELLENT condition. Like, Perfect. And, i dont think that my father would agree on going to Wyoming for a GTI VR6 with 50K Miles to roadtrip all the way to Mexico. Or maybe he will, ill ask him!!

Haha, I REALLY want a stealthy/Policeey/Badass car! I mean, I have had too Fuzzy/Cuddly/Bra with the Cabrio. ;)

A Black 300 is VERY Tempting, even if its an auto.

Haha, I want a RWD V8 Mustang, but currently, on sale in the country there are about 4 I can Afford. All of them riced...

WRX is a nono because It didnt go for sale in Mexico until the newer years, so yeah. Also, not much of a Subbie fan.

A 3 Series is a very viable option. Though there arent any with a stick. Like, NONE.

A VW IS a viable option, though it has to be 2008- Newer.

On top of it being badass, there's actually quite a bit of aftermarket support for them.

The 5.7 will never be as good on gas as the 2.0 in the Cabrio, but the cylinder deactivation system will help a lot.

The transmission is an old Benz unit, so it probably wont be horrible, or even bad.

And, well, who wouldn't want to roll up in this.

Oh man I am thinking a lot on what to replace it with. At $11k I have a lot of options, sabdly, the Mexican used car market is scarse and even more in my meagre town.

Mustang, GTI, Seats (Ibiza/Leon), Charger/300. None of which are for sle where I live...

First off, NO Miatas (Sadly)

I have been thinking of a V8 RWD Manual Mustang, but there are less than 5 in the whole country like that. Oh, and they are riced.

Oddly, I do fancy a Charger/300, though they are the Oposite of a drivers car.

I have the usual VW itches (MK4,5 Golfs and Jettas) as well as the GTI and GLIs thoough they will be used and quite rare.

I also look for things like 3 series BMWs and Audi A4s or even a 5 Series or A6, but they wont be a stick.

There are also Seats like the Ibiza, which I Love! and the Leon, which are basically sportier VWs.

I have quite the options in my budget, but this time, I want to make a damn good choice.

It is still strong in Mexico. In sales it is.

No, I didnt want to have this engine once again, but only until 2013 did they introduce the Brilliant 1.2 Turbo to the Ibiza. Its too out of budget, but that engine in that car is a masterpiece.

Im still willing to test drive one and see if the all around experience of the Seat is enough to make the enigne bearable
