Shock fluid, duh. The blood and powder are mixed inside the shocks, this emulsion gives the magical ride and cornering capability.

Silly, don't you know that unicorn blood is a key ingredient in the manufacture of LHM (Citroën's liquide hydraulique minéral) ? By cornering the market for unicorn blood, Mercedes was able to extort the Suspension Hydropneumatique patent licensing from Citroën for free well still charging them full rate on wholesale PDUB (pre-drained unicorn blood).
