It is the corporate "score" that you receive when your brand emails your customers surveys to gauge your performance. They often determine your bonus from your brand.

Tom wrote an article the other day saying that if you're not getting the price you want, to leverage a good CSI in return for an extra price drop.

And as a person who works a dealership that actually takes pride in their scores, their customer service, and their role in the community, I found that absolutely appalling. A CSI should be earned or lost, not used to save a quick couple of bucks on a deal at an otherwise sub-par dealer.

All you gotta do is ask. Once someone sees it that can make you an author, they will. Since your comment has been shared to the main oppo page, a mod should hook you up soon. That's how it worked for me.

You must play gamecat's game. Don't worry about the hairs that look suspiciously like horns, it's fine. Don't worry about the erie demonic yellow glow to his eyes either because, yes he is a demon, and no there is no other way around authorship because he controls everything.

I don't know how gamecat's game works, and neither will you until you start playing, because he doesn't say anything about what the game it or how it works until the last minute and swears all the winners to secrecy. The losers can't tell anyone because dead people can't tell anyone anything. The winners won't squeal because we don't want to die.

Went to buy an E-class Mercedes a couple decades ago, 27 years old - dealership in Bethesda MD ignored me, dealership in N VA ignored me, finally 3rd dealership in Rockville MD gave me a test drive, and I bought that very car. And another nice thing about having such a car - other dealerships will let you test drive anything you want.

I had a similar problem at Audi, MB and Porsche. We were looking at SUV's and the A7 and since I'm a 30 something with my wife we couldn't afford more than an A4 or CLA! They made me jump through so many hoops (like qualifying my credit ) before I could even open the doors!
