Let's talk about "fad colors."

There's that poat from yesterday about the 90s cars, and several people mentioned how any proper 90s car has to be teal. And that's true- teal was THE 90s color, until the late 90s at least, and then we started making the switch to yellow.

After yellow we moved right along to orange. And now orange isn't as cool anymore, and suddenly we're seeing lots of... brown. Could brown be the latest big thing in car colors that'll fizzle out in another 5 years?

And how about other decades... what other colors were a must have on a car before 90s teal came along, and when?

Lately orange has been the color of choice for the 2010s. Orange and brighter greens.
