Well I found a better pic...Jesus.
I just wanna meet the owner!

I couldn't even imagine a police auction wanting that thing in their stock. Or why the owner of it hasn't shipped it off by now, Either way it's a rusty thing.

Holy balls, just end it's pathetic life already. Put it down. End the suffering. I wonder if these same people would let their Dog walk around in excruciating pain with bits of flesh hanging off it and patches of skin missing where the bone could be seen.

The only way to explain the rot is that they use it as a submarine. Therefore I think the owner lives in a pineapple under the sea. #should'veboughtaboatmobile

Rusty you say? This is beyond rusty. We need a new term lol.

How the hell?

Raped?

I wish...but that's Quebec's winter + no car wash for ya.

As a San Diegan, this is completely foreign to me on many levels ;)

Didn't Mazda have some rust problems in the mid 2000's? Something about outside firms taking over paint and just cutting corners.

Holy crap! That's a whole other level.

Once I was living in Treasure Island, Florida and there was a big storm in the Gulf of Mexico which caused high tide to rise to 6.2 feet above sea level (North American Vertical Datum of 1988). My apartment's floor elevation was 6.0 or so, and the place outside where I parked my car was about 1.5 feet lower. I put sandbags around the door so the water didn't get into my apartment, and I parked my car up the street on the highest ground in the area, so the tide water just barely touched the tires. But if I had left my car out in front of my place like usual, my car might have achieved that appearance within a couple or three years; bathing in salt water tears cars up.

Be happy. Our winter fucks Mazdas to this point if you don't clean them properly. When you clean the underbody, you clean the underbody, no slacking. Unless you get the best rust proofing.

Shiiieeet... Got a classmate that has one getting to that point.

Yup, the paint is really cheap. You'll see new scratches everyday... + the steel is quite thin.

Poor soul. Tell him to get something else lol.
![]() 07/11/2014 at 19:16 |

Already did. He just covers the rust with duct tape and sprays it with a rattle can.

I've even seen a Aveo turn like this. A FREAKIN AVEO!! I mean, yes they are cheap. But I never seen one rust! Quebec is amazing...

Mazdas do have some rust issues, but the 3 is a lot better than the Protege was, at least. I haven't had anything out of the ordinary with mine.

Depends on where you live and how you take care of your car. Salty winters + no car washs + no fucks given = this.

Holy Hell.. I know salting is a way to store fish and meat, but that doesn't mean it works on cars too!

Terrible. I have gone from salt covered to clean for five years now and still rust free, thank goodness.

looks like the average 7 years old Mazda3
![]() 07/11/2014 at 23:02 |

nope, just a normal Mazda 3 under normal circumstances.

Still...to this extent? And still on the road driving!

Thanks! It's been a good one.
