This cop deserves a medal. The clip has been around for awhile, love the laughter in the camera car. Good to see it's honored with a GIF. This needs to happen more often. Way too many self righteous people driving 50 in the left lane on major roads like this.

The only issue I can take from the GIF is that it is not a "fast lane", it's a "passing" lane. I don't care if you're doing 60 or 100, if you're not passing someone on your right, you're in the wrong lane.
