My favourite thing is my Alpine 9884, which I picked up for $22.50. What's yours?

A RX7 FC owner's manual. Got it wayyy before I had my FC. Put it in my big pocket, the junkyard guy never noticed.

came across a car with BEES!! written on all of the windows. Sure enough it was an old cavalier full of bees. Didn't take home anything but an amusing find regardless

That set of wheels and tires I threw over the fence back in 1986.

The best thing I ever found at the wreckers were some unused napkins from a McDonalds bag which I used shortly after to wipe my ass when I took a big dump out in the yard. There's nothing worse than being at the back of the yard and feeling a dump coming on and knowing that there's no possible way you'll be able to make it to any sort of restroom in time. I felt bad for whoever might have stumbled across... or possibly even stepped into that mess after I was gone lol.

I got a set of the landau bars of the back of a 70s Cadillac hearse. I wanted the hood ornament too, but the front end was dangling over a deep ravine and starting tipping when I walked out onto the hood. I still have them in storage, I've pondered installing them as towel bars or handrails in my house.

I had found a vintage VW hubcap which I was going to clean up and repaint. Be damned if I can find where it is.

After the ugly shift knob for my Peugeot BA10/5 broke, I went looking for another and found a sweet faux-leather knob off another Jeep. I still have it.

I found a stock Subaru amp that I bought for $10 and then sold on eBay for like $70 or so.
I missed getting an almost complete set of rear ambulance lights because I wasn't sure I had the money.

A passenger front chair from a '99 Tahoe. It was in excellent condition. Now I am sitting it in, using it as an office chair.

I couldn't afford it at the time and I am so mad that I didn't think to borrow some cash from someone to get it, but I found a TRD traction control for a MKii MR2 that was about to be crushed. I always get depress by what gets crushed at junkyards in Japan :(
