What car manufactured and on sale today screams cocaine and the 1980s the most?
EDIT: Other than the fucking Texas DeLorean rebuilds.

Still on sale. There are a couple of dealerships left that sell restored ones.
Whether they are manufactured is debatable. There is a guy who puts them together from leftover surplus from the original DeLorean factory and restores orginal ones.

Surprisingly, it sort of does both. No really, look it up.

The current Mustang. Even the guy driving it on Ford's website looks straight out of 1986.

The Zimmer Quicksilver is a close contender. A Fiero in drag which (apparently) was driven by sheiks and sports stars.
But in the end, it's the guys at Styling Garage who seem to have had the best supplier in these days.
They did everything, no matter how stupid it might look. This conversion grille alone would have paid for a brand new Golf, BTW.

Not sure about the cocaine part, but...
Straight from 1984, the Fiat Uno, now called Fiat Mille is still manufactured and sold in Brazil. It's the cheapest car on the market, and it's basically the exact same model that debuted two decades ago. It's not even the second generation, sold in Europe towards the end of the 80's, but the first one, which was so bare bones it didn't even feature retractable seatbelts... And still doesn't.
