Ricky Gervais and Steven Merchant sending their dopish friend Karl Pilkington to exotic countries and giving him odd tasks to do/sights to see. It's quite funny. I enjoy season 2 more than I enjoyed season 1, but all the episodes have their moments.

Love that show!
Karl is such a fascinating combination of observant, articulate, and buffoonish. Like, he expects everyone to behave like they do where he's from, but he's able to articulate what that means exactly .

Great show. Been going through season 1 for now. Awesome that it's on Netflix.
Even funnier since I have experienced life of many of the places he's been and how he can just seriously not handle any of it. He's perfect.

Strangely, my wife and I just started watching it as well. The first episode had me in stitches the entire time. In some of the episodes some of the scenes show more than I needed to see (naked Indian men for example).
