I miss After/Drive so damn much. I watched most of them more than once.

What happened to them? I saw a post saying they would air 1 show on TV. Is it strictly on TV now?

I will admit that trying to watch /AfterDrive at my desk during lunch was never all that entertaining. It's hard to really pay much attention to some guys rambling about cars while one eats.

That said, I indeed miss having that program around. Top Gear and Fifth Gear suck at putting decent clips online so without /Drive on youtube there is really nothing car related to watch while I eat.

Chris Harris was a superb catch. Mike and the gang are all also very cool car guys and I like hearing their opinions about the auto industry. Guess I will have to just watch old episodes since I can't find anything else.

There isnt currently a car channel that just gets together gearheads in a table, and they have a good discussion of things enthusiasts actually like to know about. We wont get involved in videos discussing car components or the economy of each manufacturer, but a discussion of the best bang for the buck performance, having a budget and choosing cars, or just some news. This is wha we want, and we want cool people to discuss it. Unfortunately, Drive doesn't make After/Drive, Motortrend doesn't make Wide Open Throttle, Everyman driver doesn't discuss anymore, and that had left me with one channel that still does things how I like. Consumer reports.

Before you go and moan how they called the CLA a Civic, they are the only cannel that makes videos like this. Also, they are the company with about every single car at their disposal, and the hosts aren't as dorky as anyone would think. I have come to appreciate them, and let me tell you, fuel does go through their veins and you can have a genuine good time seeing their discussion of Porsche 911 against the C7 Corvette. Give hem a chance, and I don't think you'll be too disappointed.

If I'm not mistaken, I vaguely remember they release things out in "seasons" on youtube. I do remember them last year or maybe even (earlier) having a lul in the programming.

Is it possible that this is what is happening? I know they recently signed a deal with NBC to air some shows (the first I really enjoyed actually). I applaud their success but what's happening with /Drive?
