Can extreme humidity cause electrical glitches? We hit a peak of 93% last night, and when I went to go start the car this morning the electricity was gone. Like, all of it. Not even a crank. I then flicked a few switches to test and the moment I hit the headlights the car came back to life and it started fine.

100 percent it can. Some cars are more sensitive than others. Ever tried to start a Classic Saab 900 in high humidity or rain without the cap under the distributor rotor on?

Check your headlamp wiring and charging system wiring. What other switches did you hit? How are the grounds in the car? After upgrading the grounds in my Mercury Cougar recently, an anomaly was rectified that had been present since I bought the car over 16 years ago....
I'm upgrading the grounds in my other cars due to this. Possibly overkill, yes, but peace of mind is worth it for a few dollars and some tinkering time. Even if the other cars are all fairly new.
