I know. I lust after that car so much, always have always will. God man, I just need to make 45k overnight so I can get my wife the car she wants and then find my M5. The e39 is legitimately my dream car. I would rather have it over any Ferrari, Porsche, or Lambo (yes, even more than a Miura which makes me go all rubbery). It's the automotive equivalent of the Tag Hauer Carrera Chronograph, or the Omega Seamaster, or the black "tactil-neck), shoulder holster and black slacks Steve McQueen wore in Bulitt. I believe that the e39 is in the top 10 classic vehicles of all time. When I finally own mine, my novelty tag will display some version of the word "Formidable"
