As one of the prizes I will pony up one of these to the person who puts in the most exercise time. I'm hoping someone else will be kind enough to pony up another prize for pounds lost.

Full disclosure. This isn't really a contest. This is something we are doing for fun and to get rid of the junk in the trunk. The prize I provide is out of the goodness of my heart, so no bitching. I can not add a tab to the Google worksheet for some reason. I want to be in this though. Just started working out again Sunday, and I think this will help keep me accountable.

I'm in. We're doing a thing for work called the GCC, which basically teams of seven wear pedometers all day and it shows us where we are on a map. Im trying to convert my fat into muscle since I need to keep all the weight I can (147)

On the fence about this because it is really hard for me to lose weight in a healthy way, but I'll put my name in anyway since I'll have to cut if I get a fight lined up.
Also, totally counting the track day (2 wheels) that I'm doing on Friday as exercise. Leather suit on a hot day, goodbye water weight!

Added a sheet for me. I also added a bit of math to my page to automatically calculate weight lost automatically based on previous weeks weight minus this weeks weight.

I'm normally in the gym for an hour or two a day between conditioning, jiu jitsu and muay thai, but when you're a woman of childbearing age, your body tends to cling to every bit of fat as hard as it can.
