Mazda6 Grand Touring in Deep Crystal Blue over Black leather.

GT means 6-speed auto attached to the 184 horsepower 2.5L SKYACTIV-G engine.

I wish there was an option for a more powerful engine. Something along the lines of 240-250 horsepower turbo 4? A MazdaSpeed6 should answer that request, if they make one. I'm sure 184 horses will move it fine though.

Mazda hit it out of the park with the 6's design though. Their entire Kodo design theme is very visually pleasing.

The pricing is pretty competitive as well, considering how much stuff comes standard on Grand Touring that's an option on some competitors.

Reading the reviews the car has gotten, it's very fun to drive and very nice all around.

Overall, this is probably the car I would buy if I was buying a mid-sized sedan.

I agree with this to the fullest. That would be pretty fantastic.

The 6 in metallic red is one of the most beautiful modern cars on the road, period. It's truly gorgeous. I see them in person and I just have to stare. Really amazing. The 3 is also incredibly beautiful in the same red. I want one with a V6 and a stick. But dammit I doubt they'll make a V6.

Unless they drop the 3.7L V6 from the CX-9 in there. Which I don't see happening.

Make a 3.0L V6 that makes about 240 horsepower and I'd be a happy camper.

This is horsepower we're talking about. Of course it does. Besides, a 6 cylinder in a car this size isn't unheard of... it's just the turbochargers that would be new. But with awd and the 6's gorgeous looks, oh man. Price it around $30-35k and watch them fly off the imaginary dealer lots in my head.

I don't really see the point in a V6 that makes 240 HP. You'd get better torque and fuel economy from a turbo 4 at that point.

I own the 2015 Touring model of this car, and the only thing I don't like about it is the lack of power. It's a slow puller, even with the manual transmission. The car handles superbly well and rides with absolute confidence at 90 mph, but the engine does not like being rushed. And I am ALWAYS in a rush.
