Lent is kind of the same way, but it's more like driving the same car you always do, just staying out of boost for an entire month. It's just designed to be infuriating.

I think Ramadan is a lot harder than Lent. It's physically exhausting.

Ramadan is tougher and drains you physically until your body adjusts to no food or drink from sunrise to sunset.
