So I got my new thing all set up finally. I can't wait to try it out. It's a 7'6" 4 weight. Nothing fancy but I found a good package deal on cabela's and bought it. This is my first full year fly fishing and I wanted to try a different size and weight. I have a 9' 6 weight too (I've gotten everything until this point second hand), but I'm stoked to try it out this weekend. Headed to NY for my cousins high school grad party and then staying at a camp ground. Anyways and here is my keeper of a girlfriend. I was trying to "teach" her to fly fish. I still have a lot to learn so it's the blind leading the blind.

My girlfriend cannot stand fishing at all. I leave her home when I go.
I have a cheap rod, unwound the crap line, put on nice line, and called it a day. I only do catch & release, so I don't bother with anything fancy. I haven't been out fishing in a long time. Need to pick up a license so I can start going after work again...super therapeutic.
