...and these are two a pristine Mercedes Benz 540 K (kompressor) in all their glory:
I made a red model of this car when I was 16 y.o. and I gifted it to my beloved Grandma, since she was loving it so much... that she put it in her lounge's glass cupboard, together with her ceramics, the little porcelain statues and the Murano glasses that she got for her wedding! It stood there till she died, and when we went to prepare her home for the sale, it had disappeared. Some damned relatives are worst than vultures.

Interesting. Stamps are okay , but god forbid a car is in need of restoration.
