I'm in HK from 06/27 to 08/04 on business, but I'll have some time to wander around after hours, on the weekends, and a week after after my business here is completed. I'm interested in the food and culture, but would prefer not to walk or hike too much. Any suggestions, Oppo? Anything is welcome; places to eat, things to see, and activities to enjoy.
Here is a picture of my "poser engine noises pumped through the speakers" ride back home for your time.

At Hong Kong rates, you should have enough points to buy the hotel when you leave.

You don't have to walk anywhere in HK... Taxis are super cheap (like <5 bucks for a mile) and there are taxi stands everywhere (all hotels and most major areas). I've always been busy in the day when I was there, but Lan Kwai Fong is where I hung out in the evenings. There's approximately 1 billion bars/restaurants there with a good mix of locals and tourists.

The M6 is a great car for the road, but I think it is a bit too heavy for real track use. I like it a lot. People will knock on it for having "fake" engine noises and being too soft, but I like that I can have a quiet cabin to enjoy my B&O stereo when I want and that my buttocks will be massaged as I go whatever number of miles per hour my nanny state wants me to go; all the while retaining the ability to hang the tail out in corners and accelerate to almost any speed in no time.

Visit SPS Automotive Performance . They're the official Ferrari, Maserati, McLaren, Bugatti, and Pagani destination of Hong Kong.

Yes, I've noticed that the taxis are amazingly cheap, but many taxi drivers do not seem to speak or understand english. I'm considering using Uber, but I'm not sure if it will be any better.
I'll make sure to check out Lan Kwai Fong when I get the chance. Thanks!

Pull out map either on phone or paper and just point to where you want to go. Works pretty well. Also the concierge at the hotel can write out the instructions and you can just hand them to the driver. I've never stayed at a hotel there where the concierge was not fluent in English.

If you're ever in a hankering for seafood, go to Sai Kung. It's a small fishing town that's several hours travel away from Kowloon but it has the best seafood in all of Hong Kong and one of the best in all of Asia. There's restaurant on the seafront (I forgot at the moment what it's called) which is regarded as the best seafood restaurant in all of HK - so good, in fact that you need to be wary about copycats. Quite a few restaurants on the seafront stole their name outright so you'd notice several restaurants with the same name. Once you find the original, prepare to be blown away.
