good news from vaporware land, the SSC Tuatara 1350 hp supercar is in fact slated to be produced in the good ole USA - West Richland Washington to be exact.

This car could..unlikely but still possible take the top speed record for a ride as did the SSC Ultimate earlier in the decade

The Tuatara will be powered by a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! capable of delivering 1,350 horsepower and 1,280 pound-feet of torque on regular pump gas. The car should accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 2.5 seconds and keep going until it reaches somewhere close to 276 mph
