1977 Ford Cobra II

As seen on my most recent Sunday afternoon drive. Driven by a very genial gentleman, who told me that he had recently returned from a Mustang meet in NC, which he had driven this car to (from the Los Angeles, CA area). He said this car had been photographed for several magazines, including the Japanese magazine Daytona.

I didn't blur the plates in these pictures since I had the owner's permission to take these photos.

Seeing stuff like this really makes me wish I had a better camera on my phone. Well, it also makes me wish I had a garage, but small steps, people, small steps.

I never understood the hate for these cars. I love them and not just because of a Cobra II was the 1st Mustang I rid in. They were the right car for the time and were miles ahead in being a useable car VS the very aged Fbody competition from GM. Great photos!
