Flying to Paris in a few weeks, just found out the plane is an A380 double-decker. Biggest passenger airliner in the world! Sweet.

I prefer the 747-8i that Lufthansa operates. Also the 787-9 that BA operates to LHR.

also: I've been on a 747 to Hawaii once, and it's pretty cool, but from what I understand, these A380's are on a totally different level...

Never flew on the Concorde, sadly. My first transatlantic flight came the year after it was retired. Plus, tickets cost thousands of dollars.

they arnet that different than those 747s. Its just bigger. Otherwise, similar product.

I was flying on christmas day so I got a free upgrade to business. To be totally honest, I got on the plane (via the separated upper-deck jetway), popped a xanax, drank two glasses of complimentary champagne, and passed out for 13 hours straight. I was also extremely hungover so the lay-flat bed was a godsend.
