Not really a fan of the Porsche 911 and thus I'm not great at identifying variants. Saw this a few days ago at the Porsche Parade in Monterey; what is it? 2.7RS?

2.7 RS had a duck-tail spoiler, and are so rare and in demand, that it wouldn't be modified from stock with minilite style rear wheels, and driving lights bolted to the classic long hood.
If this is an original, it is probably a competition-prepped classic 911, probably either custom-built from a bare-shell 911T base configuration, or otherwise modified from a higher-specification 911S. Likely built for rally with the wide wheels under flared fenders, driving lights, and a norwegian flag on the door... norwegians seem to love their rallying.
Otherwise, if it is not an original car, it could be some sort of resto-mod homage car, maybe even a backdated later car. Any 911 from 74 through the introduction of the 993, can be back-dated to look like a classic long-hood 64-73 car, given enough parts and some money/workmanship.
Singer Porsches look like optimized pre-74 cars, but are not built from original classics, they are built from stripped-down 964 shells, from the late 80s to early 90s... with the 964 suspension advantages, and even a couple of functional parts from 993s, but completely back-dated with custom parts and fabrication, to look like a classic 911.

It's probably a pre '73, but the fenders and probably front bumper are not original so there is no way to pin down the identification beyond that.
